NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB—amendment number of shares and votes

As a result of new share issues conducted by NeuroVive Pharmaceutical AB (publ) (“NeuroVive”), as resolved by an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 13 December 2013, and decided by the Board of Directors with the authorization of a shareholders’ meeting on 31 January 2014, the number of shares and votes of NeuroVive registered with the Swedish companies registration office have increased by 6,129,047. Accordingly, the total number of shares and votes in NeuroVive is 27,788,093.
